I've changed my mind or selected the wrong size

If you have changed your mind, or selected the wrong item you can request an exchange or full refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Please email onlinesales@energetiks.com.au with your with your name, contact details, order number and details of the preferred replacement (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your new item is kept aside until we receive your return.
  • Your items must be returned unworn, in their original condition with intact labelling or packaging.
  • Place your items in a postage satchel with a copy of the receipt and your completed Online Return & Exchange Form. We recommend that you send your return using registered post.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense. A $9.95 Postage & Handling charge applies to your new delivery. We will contact you to process your payment, please ensure Energetiks has your best contact details.

I've received a faulty or incorrect item

  • Please email onlinesales@energetiks.com.au with your name, contact details, order number, a description and photo of the fault.
  • We will respond with options for an exchange or refund including shipping.

Please note:

  • Energetiks will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, Energetiks will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered post.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of original order.
  • Pointe shoes, demi pointe shoes, hair accessories, hosiery, under garments and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or an incorrect item was received.
  • Energetiks reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Energetiks a replacement will be provided subject to stock availability, or a full refund including postage will be issued.
  • Orders can be exchanged, but not refunded, through Energetiks retail stores.
