Full Time E-Commerce and Web Content Creator - Head Office, Keilor Park


Use your skills in organisation, administration and photography for e-commerce to ensure our online store is beautiful, easy-to-use, informative and relevant to our dance-obsessed customers. Work as part of a small, multi-disciplinary marketing team who support each other to meet deadlines.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • • Organise and execute monthly web product photoshoots in our in-house studio (book models, prepare stock, execute photography)
  • • Select, retouch, rename and upload new product photos
  • • Maintain and update product data, product categories, colour swatches, web banners, home page and online customer service information (shipping information, size charts etc)
  • • Monitor website for dated content (flag products for reshooting, request artwork from design team, flag written content for editing)
  • • Support customer service team by troubleshooting website issues
  • • Maintain product catalogues for all e-commerce marketplaces (Facebook and Pinterest)
  • • Writing copy for various marketing requirements as needed
  • • Report on online store performance at marketing team meetings
  • • Style and shoot creative still-life product photography for social media posts, EDMs, blog and website content
  • • Work effectively with marketing team to keep website homepage up to date with new content based on sales, collection releases and company sales targets
  • • Work effectively with marketing team and external service providers to continually improve online customer experience
  • • Contribute creative ideas to all marketing team projects

    The position requires the following skills:

  • • Product and still-life photography and use of lighting equipment (please submit 4-5 examples of your product and still-life photographic work with your application)
  • • Basic Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • • Experience working with CMSs and ERPs (Magento and Netsuite preferred)
  • • Understanding of HTML/CSS
  • • Understanding of Excel for data uploads

Full Time Assistant Store Manager - Ivanhoe


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our retail management team on a full-time basis. The Assistant Store Manager is a vital part of the Energetiks community, ensuring exceptional level of customer-centric service on the retail floor by assisting the Store Manager with training, coaching and working closely with Dancewear Consultants to deliver an amazing customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • • Reflect and live the Energetiks core values and culture
  • • Maintain an excellent standard of customer service
  • • Adopt a ‘lead by example’ attitude to create strong results and a customer focused team
  • • Ensure team members are personally challenged in the achievement of KPIs, training goals and superior product knowledge

  • • Assist the Store Manager with administration, tracking and reporting
