Part Time Online Customer Service Specialist - Head Office, Keilor Park


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our customer service team on a part-time basis. Online customer service is a client facing role and responsible for the customer experience of online retail consumers, as well as any general administration and communication on behalf of Energetiks at a company level. The Online Customer Service Specialist must be organised and resourceful, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and thorough communication to ensure actions are performed efficiently and accurately.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • • Check and respond to email enquiries
  • • Answer incoming phone calls to head office and assisting with enquiries
  • • Complete knowledge of the Energetiks online store, including product knowledge, to direct and assist customers - troubleshooting basic issues as they arise
  • • Navigating, maintaining and updating customer databases
  • • All administration involved with processing online orders
  • • Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner in line with Energetiks core values
  • • Receiving and distributing all mail/deliveries through the reception area
  • • Greeting clients/customers/suppliers entering the office building and providing hospitality
  • • Organising and maintaining filing systems for the customer service and sales departments
  • • Assisting with event planning and set up if required
  • • Assisting the sponsorship/promotions department if required
  • • Ad hoc administration & other tasks as needed

Full Time Graphic Designer - Head Office, Keilor Park


We’re seeking an amazing, adaptive, creative all-rounder to join our fast-paced marketing team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, capable of delivering exceptional print and online media campaigns and willing to be an actively engaged participant in our team. No day is the same in this role as industry directions are constantly changing and we like to stay up-to-date with the latest trends. Work as part of a small, multi-disciplinary marketing team who support each other to meet deadlines. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • • Design, layout, copy writing and campaign deployment of EDMs
  • • Catalogue, branding and packaging artwork design

  • • In-store advertising content
  • • Assisting with artwork for screen prints and textile designs
  • • Content creation including animation for various media platforms (website, social media, blog etc)

    The position requires the following skills:

  • • Previous experience in a similar role and/or degree in Graphic Design
  • • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
  • • Produce accurate finished artwork for all media channels
  • • Maintain all brand guidelines and standards
  • • Experience working in a results based, deadline driven environment
  • • Video/Audio/Motion Graphics skills would be beneficial

Full Time E-Commerce and Web Content Creator - Head Office, Keilor Park


Use your skills in organisation, administration and photography for e-commerce to ensure our online store is beautiful, easy-to-use, informative and relevant to our dance-obsessed customers. Work as part of a small, multi-disciplinary marketing team who support each other to meet deadlines.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • • Organise and execute monthly web product photoshoots in our in-house studio (book models, prepare stock, execute photography)
  • • Select, retouch, rename and upload new product photos
  • • Maintain and update product data, product categories, colour swatches, web banners, home page and online customer service information (shipping information, size charts etc)
  • • Monitor website for dated content (flag products for reshooting, request artwork from design team, flag written content for editing)
  • • Support customer service team by troubleshooting website issues
  • • Maintain product catalogues for all e-commerce marketplaces (Facebook and Pinterest)
  • • Writing copy for various marketing requirements as needed
  • • Report on online store performance at marketing team meetings
  • • Style and shoot creative still-life product photography for social media posts, EDMs, blog and website content
  • • Work effectively with marketing team to keep website homepage up to date with new content based on sales, collection releases and company sales targets
  • • Work effectively with marketing team and external service providers to continually improve online customer experience
  • • Contribute creative ideas to all marketing team projects

    The position requires the following skills:

  • • Product and still-life photography and use of lighting equipment (please submit 4-5 examples of your product and still-life photographic work with your application)
  • • Basic Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • • Experience working with CMSs and ERPs (Magento and Netsuite preferred)
  • • Understanding of HTML/CSS
  • • Understanding of Excel for data uploads
