- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or an incorrect item was received.
- During our EOFY Sale period, please allow up-to 5 business days for orders to be processed.

BRISBANE DANCE FESTIVAL GIVEAWAY
Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must reply to the specified Instagram story with their name and their bestie’s name.
Participants must follow both @energetiks and @brisbanedancefestival on Instagram.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prize: The prize includes two tickets to the entire 2024 Brisbane Dance Festival weekend and two Energetiks $50 vouchers to be spent at the Energetiks stall over the BDF weekend.
The vouchers are not redeemable online and the balance cannot be transferred.
The prize does not include travel or accommodation expenses.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all entries received and verified by the Organizer.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram before midnight, July 4th. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Personal Data: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Liability: Energetiks and Brisbane Dance Festival will not be responsible for:
Any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the entrant.
Any unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries at any point in the operation of this competition.

Energetiks reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organiser.
By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Customers submitting a purchase order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out Energetiks. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and Energetiks reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime. MYSTERY BOXES
Please note that when purchasing multiple mystery boxes of any style, either within the same order or through separate orders, it is likely that some items received will be identical or similar. We appreciate your understanding. No further discounts/offers can be redeemed on Mystery Boxes.
Refunds & Exchanges: There are no exchanges or refunds on Mystery Boxes or the individual contents for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Liability
Energetiks does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.
Energetiks Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Ordering Method
Energetiks will not accept orders via phone, fax or email. All orders must be placed through the website.
Shipping Within Australia
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, floods etc.).
Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via AAE and arrive within 5-7 working days from dispatch. A flat rate of $11 AUD applies to all Australian deliveries. Orders over $100 receive free shipping within Australia.

If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
Acceptance Of Goods
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Energetiks immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags in tact and accompanied by the receipt. If you have received an item with a defect please email onlinesale@energetiks.com.au with your name, order reference and a description of the problem and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Pricing
Energetiks reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.
*Energetiks will take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labeling is in tact and items are returned in unworn condition. This excludes sale items. No refund or exchange on sale items unless deemed faulty or an incorrect item was recieved.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Energetiks reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
