  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, tights, and hosiery cannot be returned unless faulty.

FAQs

Sale items may only be returned or exchanged if deemed faulty or if an incorrect item was received.

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect. This includes pointe shoes, demi pointe shoes, hair accessories, hosiery, undergarments, and sale items. Wigs and hairpieces are non-returnable unless they remain unopened in their original packaging.

Return shipping and processing fees apply to all orders, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges are processed within up to 7 business days from the date your return is received. You will be notified once your exchange has been processed. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the carrier.

Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days from the date your return is received. You will be notified once your refund has been processed. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Online orders may be exchanged in-store, but are not eligible for refund. Please present your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Full-priced items purchased between 1 December and 24 December are eligible for a 60-day return window.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact customerservice@energetiks.com.au with your name, contact details, order number, and a description along with supporting images. Once assessed, we will provide a suitable resolution, including an exchange or refund. Approved faulty items will be refunded or replaced, including return shipping costs.
