I've changed my mind or selected the wrong size:

If you have changed your mind, or selected the wrong item you can request an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. If purchased between the 1st to the 24th of December you can request an exchange or full refund within 60 days of purchase. Your items must be returned unworn, in their original condition with intact labelling or packaging. Place your items in a postage satchel and your completed Online Return & Exchange Form. We recommend that you send your return using registered post.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

If you are exchanging your purchase, a $10.00 Postage & Handling charge applies to your new delivery. We will contact you to process your payment, please ensure Energetiks has your best contact details.

I've received a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Please email onlinesales@energetiks.com.au with your name, contact details, order number, a description and photo of the fault.
  • We will respond with options for an exchange or refund including shipping.

Please note:

  • Energetiks will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, Energetiks will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered post.
  • Please allow 7 business days from the date that we receive your parcel for your return to be completed.
  • You will be notified when your refund has been processed. Please note when we process a refund, the bank doesn't let us know if the card has been cancelled, it's really between you and your bank and the funds are held by the card issuer. You'll need to contact your bank and let them know that you have received a refund to a card that has been cancelled, this should help them understand what happened. You will need to give them the date, time and amount of the refund to help them locate your money, you can find this information in the refund confirmation email that we sent on the day we processed the refund. 
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of original order unless purchased between the 1st to the 24th of December, then they must be returned within 60 days. 
  • Pointe shoes, demi pointe shoes, hair accessories, hosiery, under garments and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or an incorrect item was received. Wigs and hair pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless returned un-opened in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded due to change of mind returns and exchanges.
  • Energetiks reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Energetiks a replacement will be provided subject to stock availability, or a full refund including postage will be issued.Orders can be exchanged, but not refunded, through Energetiks retail stores.
