  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or an incorrect item was received.
  • During our EOFY Sale period, please allow up-to 5 business days for orders to be processed.
  • Prices as marked. Cannot be used with any other offer. While stocks last. Online only. No Rain-checks.

I've changed my mind or selected the wrong size:


If you have changed your mind, or selected the wrong item you can request an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. If purchased between the 1st to the 24th of December you can request an exchange or full refund within 60 days of purchase. Your items must be returned unworn, in their original condition with intact labelling or packaging. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or an incorrect item was received.

  • *Return shipping costs $13.10 and is at the customer's expense. If you are exchanging your purchase, a $11.00 subsidised Postage & Handling charge applies to your new delivery.

I've received a faulty or incorrect item:

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, kindly reach out to us at customerservice@energetiks.com.au. Please provide your name, contact details, order number, along with a description and photo illustrating the issue. We are committed to assisting you and will promptly respond with options for an exchange or refund, which includes covering shipping costs.

Please bear in mind:

  • While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit.
  • In the rare event of a lost package during transit, Energetiks cannot be held liable.
  • Your patience is appreciated as returns may take up to 7 business days from the date of receipt for processing.Rest assured, you will receive notification once your refund has been processed. However, please note that refunds to canceled cards are beyond our control.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the original order, except those purchased between December 1st and 24th, which have a 60-day return window.
  • Sale items may only be exchanged or returned if found to be faulty or if an incorrect item was received.
  • Certain items such as pointe shoes, demi pointe shoes, hair accessories, hosiery, undergarments, and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or incorrect.
  • Additionally, wigs and hairpieces are non-returnable unless they remain unopened in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind will not be refunded.
  • Energetiks reserves the right to assess whether a product is faulty and to conduct production and quality checks. If deemed faulty, we will provide a replacement subject to availability or issue a full refund, including postage.
  • Orders can be exchanged, but not refunded, at Energetiks retail stores.
