Returns Policy

Cancellations:

Due to the order process we cannot accept cancellations. Please ensure you select your products carefully.

 

Returns / Exchanges

Hosiery, undergarments, pointe and demi pointe shoes are final sale only and cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or wrongly delivered.

Energetiks will accept return / exchange of all other new, unworn products that are in original condition.  All original tags and packaging must be attached and undamaged.  If item is not in original condition it will be retuned to you and shipping charges will be applied. 

Returns / exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of purchase. 

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice and payment receipt, along with a completed Return / Exchange Form.  (This form is included in your packaging when goods are shipped)

Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We endeavour to process returns / exchanges / refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 21 working days. 

Exchanges will incur further postage for re shipping.  Energetiks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we strongly recommend you insure your return shipment. 

All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48hours from receipt of the order.

 

Back orders

Every effort is made to ensure we dispatch your order completely.  In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you will be notified with the expected time frame of when the item will be available.  

 

Payment

Energetiks accept the following methods of payments:

   Via ANZ eGate

    * Visa

    * MasterCard

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.

 * Energetiks will take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

 

Annual Closure

 Please note that we are closed from the 23rd December through to 8th January.
